LetX Technologies respects the privacy of every customer who contacts us, requests an ERP demo, or works with us for Starter ERP, Odoo Starter, Odoo Pro, or Odoo Ultra implementations.

Information We Collect

We may collect basic contact and project information such as name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, company details, business requirements, preferred package, and messages submitted through our website or WhatsApp.

How We Use Information

We use customer information only to understand ERP requirements, prepare proposals, provide implementation support, configure agreed services, communicate project updates, and improve our service quality.

ERP Hosting and Server Options

According to customer requirements and package scope, ERP systems may be hosted on an isolated server, shared server, customer-selected cloud provider, or customer-owned local environment. Some Starter ERP customers may run the system locally without hosted cloud deployment.

Data Storage

ERP data is normally stored in the server or cloud environment agreed with the customer. This may be a cloud provider server, customer server, local server, or another approved hosting environment. LetX Technologies does not use customer ERP data for unrelated internal purposes.

System Access

We do not log in to customer ERP users or accounts without customer consent. Any access required for support, troubleshooting, configuration, migration, or training will be done based on customer approval and project requirements.

Security Responsibility

From our side, we take reasonable steps to keep project information, credentials shared for support, and implementation data secure. Customers must also protect their own user accounts, passwords, devices, server access, backups, and internal ERP permissions.

Confidentiality

Business workflows, reports, pricing details, customer lists, supplier details, inventory records, and financial information shared with us during ERP work will be treated as confidential project information.

Third-Party Providers

Some services may depend on hosting providers, cloud providers, domain providers, email providers, payment providers, Odoo-related services, or other third-party systems selected for the project. Their own privacy and security policies may also apply.

Customer Control

Customers are responsible for deciding who inside their organization can access ERP data, which roles are assigned, and how internal data should be handled after deployment.
